Adding the ability to export basic course and school information
Research showed large providers needed course exports. A single CSV caused excessive duplication and was hard to use, so we split it into separate course and school exports. Testing showed this was more useful for providers.

Improving visibility of training partner course information
Research found accredited providers struggled to quality assure training partner courses. We improved course lists, added links to live courses and expanded CSV exports. Testing showed simpler CSVs with key course data were useful.

Improvements to copying content from another course
Providers struggled to identify the correct course when copying content. Adding key course details to the dropdown improved confidence and made selecting the right course easier during testing.
