On the homepage, we explain that:
Family hubs offer services, support and advice for all families in England, from pregnancy through to young adulthood.
Users can find support from a family hub near them by searching using the postcode search box. Alternatively they can choose from one of the clickable boxes by region, age group or advice topic.
Linking to the local family hub
From the family hub postcode search, the results page shows the user's nearest family hub. For this example, we used Torbay's family hub. It introduces this with the title:

It then explains that:
We've matched the postcode to Torbay County Council's family hub. You can get information on their website.
A 'start button' takes the user to that website, and the button text says 'Go to Torbay family hub'
