Introduction
Within Prepare users are able to record why a transfer is taking place. Currently this only allowed users to enter a high level reason. The additional question allows users to enter a more specific reason, and is in line with what users can currently do in KIM.

The question we added is ‘What are the specific reasons for this transfer’. Screenshots below the options for each of the three primary reasons - Intervention, Initiated by trust and Sponsor or trust closure:

There are no immediate plans to do more with this, but as always keep an eye on how it goes with users and make any amendments necessary based on future user testing and feedback.
