What was needed

Although the date the AO is not needed as part of a delivery officer’s preparation for advisory board meetings because it is sent after the advisory board has met, there are use cases when some data users would need to see that within Prepare.

What we did

As this is something which happens after the advisory board has met, it didn’t sit well within the task list. Although perhaps not ideal, we have for now added this to the ‘Record a decision’ journey.

Next steps

It may be worth reviewing this in the future, sit may be that we can find somewhere better to put this.
