We previously had a cookies banner and policy for our conversions codebase, but not for our transfers codebase. Given that each codebase has its own cookies, and we chose to present our two services as one, this did not provide a joined-up experience across all channels.
Content changes
We introduced a cookie banner and cookies page to our transfers codebase, making it clear to users what cookies we store and why.
We updated the cookie banner and page for our conversions codebase to reflect the transfers content.
Next steps
At some point we’ll merge the conversions and transfers codebases. This will create one set of cookies and cookie content to create a better user experience.
