New product name

We looked at the below to help us think of a name:

• Naming your service - GOV.UK Service Manual
• Verbs - X-GOVUK Services list
• Other product names in Regional Services Division

We had 3 ideas:

1. Open a free school. This was what we called the end-to-end-service, from when a new school is needed to when it opens.
2. Manage free school projects. The words 'manage', 'free school' and 'projects' came up in user research sessions. It also felt like a good summary of our product's scope.
3. Report on free schools. Users uploaded data into Free Schools Store for reporting purposes, so 'report' felt like a good verb to use.

We decided on Manage free school projects and:

• validated this with our subject matter experts
• updated our prototype name
