Design variation from MVS1
Based on prototype version MVS1 retains the following retains the following “functionally unchanged” pages:
- Landing page
- Sign in
- Question category Interstitial
- Questions
- Check your answers
- Main (Self-Assessment)
- Recommendation
The critical changes between MVS (Minimum Viable Service) 1 and 2 are the addition of 2 categories of questions and associated recommendations that are accessible from the self-assessment page as part of the user experience.
MVS 1 included the following categories:
- Broadband Connectivity
- Back-up Broadband
- Network Cabling
MVS 2 included MVS 1 categories and:
- Network Switching
- Wireless Network

User Research (UR)
These additional categories were included so during the UR cycle the research team could explore the most complete user journey possible with broadest selection of topics, questions, and recommendations. Additionally, this gave the Content Design team the opportunity to gather feedback on practicality of specific questions within several topics.
