All services

We have updated how users view and interact with all services, including search, filter and sort functionalities. Through co-designing with users, we elicited key information (columns) and users can navigate to view a service by clicking the service name, aligned to government design best practice.

View a service

Still using the summary card component, we have refined the service page to enable superusers to quickly navigate to edit the service details, view the history and view related tasks and subtasks. Contextually, superusers are likely to view a task or subtask via a service, so this link supports their behavior and provides a seamless journey.

Add a new service

Building on the previous ‘add a service’ flow, we have refined the required fields and included insight tags for services. Services are also referred to as ‘responsible teams’ and will be explored in the future as we expand audiences and gather user feedback on service details.
